What is a Request?

A Request is a simple, single task that is not comprised of multiple tasks in order to complete the job. Here are some common examples of how requests are categorised:

  • Create and optimise a graphic for your website/blog = 1 request
  • Update the content (including images) of a single page on your website = 1 request
  • Adding a podcast or videocast to your website for download = 1 request
  • Setting up an autoresponder service and adding a sign up box to your site = 2 requests
  • Designing and setting up an ezine for your mailing list = 2 requests
  • Tidying up a 5 page presentation = 3 requests
  • Making minor text updates to up to 5 website pages = 3 requests

When you submit your task, we will let you know how many requests the task will take.

How do I submit my request?

We ask that you submit your Task Request by email and include the following details:

  1. Task summary
  2. Task details - including any usernames & passwords we’ll need
  3. Task deadline

When we receive your Task Request, we’ll email you back with a confirmation of how many requests the task will take and an estimated completion date. If you would like us to go ahead and begin your task, simply reply to the email confirming your request.

How long will it take for you to complete my request?

We aim to complete all submitted tasks within 3 working days of receiving your confirmation. If you require same-day completion, you will be required to complete a 25 GBP / 50 USD surcharge before we begin your task.

Can I carry over any unused Credit Requests?

No, any unused tasks will be forfeited if they are not used up during the month that you book them. Months are calculated by calendar month and if you are on a recurring subscription, your monthly payment will be taken at the beginning of each month.
